Before investing time and money, we must answer a few questions…

-The problem I have identified, can be solved with a solution Blockchain?
-Is this problem worth solving?
-Is there someone who would pay to see it solved?

Blockchain Product Design is an iterative process in which we try to fully understand the problem of the user…

We will strongly question the assumptions and redefining the problems in order to create new strategies and solutions based on Blockchain.

To describe your vision, we will use a nine-block model called Blockchain Model Canvas.

This Canvas is strongly focused on shortening product development cycles and in order to quickly discover if a proposed business model is profitable, repeatable, and scalable.

With the Token Economics model, we will define the need or not to have a Token of our own…

We will analyze in detail the behaviors that we want to encourage and discourage by creating a Token Model. Then we will use cadCAD software to verify some of the basic assumptions of the token model testing crypto-economic mechanisms such as adjustable bonding curve market makers and others.

The Blueprint is the project document that will define in detail what will be delivered in the POC

It includes a detailed analysis of the problem to solve, a User Story where it is clearly described how Alice Bob (and Charlie) users interact with the solution and with each other. Finally, the technical and functional architecture of the POC is defined.

Based on the interviews made during phase 2. a Mood Board is created that analyzes in detail all the steps that a user currently takes to solve his problem.

Subsequently, a Wireframe is shared, useful to make a Brainstorming of UI ideas (User interface) and finally, a UI mockup is created as a basis for the development of the solution.

At this point before starting with the development is time to show the Blockchain Mockup to potential customers and observe in silence to understand how they interact with it. Once the interaction is over it is essential to get feedback to understand how to improve it.

But above all ask the three most important questions:

-Does the solution solves your problem?
-How much could it cost?
-Would you buy it?

Based on the blueprint, the UX Mockup and all the feedback we got from users, we will create the Frontend component + the API specifications for the Backend.

The frontend is available on 5+1 platforms:

• -App iOS
• -App Android
• -App Windows
• -App MacOS
• -App Linux
• -App Web (hosted wallet)

On the base of the Blueprint and the Frontend, we will go to create the Backend (part Server) that normally includes:

-Registration and Authentication System
-Public (blockchain) and private data model (database)
-The 3 basic components eID, eSignature, and user eDelivery
-The API for interaction with the frontend

Finally, the POC’s scalable staging environment is set up to withstand increasing traffic to extend the testing of the solution to an increasing number of users.  The composites used are

• -KMS with HSM for Full Node management of the Blockchain
• -Interaction platform with Full Node for public data
• -Database interaction platform for private data
• -Orchestrator control system and auto-scaler
